Edward Scott continues to impress as a poet. Not missing a line, he picks up where he left off, a new book. His upgraded self-craft-style writing hasn't lightened up. Scott poetry just keeps rolling along. His writing isn’t a form or style, certainly, nothing anyone has ever seen, but more or less an open conscience with an ego that demands print. In his latest book, STATIC, the poet unleashes a new collection of poems that embodies an intangible network of art in its own spectrum based on true authenticity, Scott’s writing- a welcomed model to poetry.
I'M TRAPPED I must confess I love two girls- One drags and The other nags. After many moons, They want me To choose between Them, My car or my girl. They're both My world. Trapped between Two hornets' nests, No matter which I favor, I'm getting stung. It's so bad My leaving to go Anywhere The two insist They shuttle along. I'm no fool, Neither one of them Care about me. Yes, I experienced A great many Of pleasure From them. Let me loose this job- Their both gone.
Edward Scott makes his home in Central Delaware. An avid adventurist for nature, he cherishes the clean wild beauty of the countryside. He has authored four poetry books: The Midnight Window, Destitution At The Edge, The Gift, and Static. He's currently at work on a new collection of poetry.
