Teresa Bazemore is a BSN REGISTER NURSE who loves to help people to get healthy. She advices and encourages clients (with their entire family) on how to eat healthy without going on a diet.
Before becoming a Register Nurse, Teresa studied health related topics for the past thirty five years. She spent countless hours researching diets, nutrition, and exercise programs. After her research, she can now offer, “Don’t Believe the Hype.”
Teresa established a health program for clients, who are interested in helping themselves (and their families) to become healthy and lose unwanted weight. She makes herself available to set up health plans for groups thru churches, schools, private clubs, and the internet. Whenever there is someone in need she is willing to help.
Teresa specializes in solving bad eating habits that keep people from loosing the desired weight they long for. She guides the client on what to buy, what to eat, how much to eat and how to exercise to get unwanted weight off.
Teresa believes that health is much more important than just loosing weight, inches and dress/pant sizes. She believes everybody can become the size they would like to be, if they just knew how.
As a nurse, Teresa has seen too many people die in hospitals due to food related illnesses. She believes if she can help you to become more involved in your health instead of being an uninformed consumer, lives can be saved.
Teresa’s goal in writing, “Don’t Believe the Hype”, is to try to get people to become more educated about their health. She would like people to stop believing everything they see on TV, read in magazines, or listen to on the radio. People also need to ask more questions when going to the Doctor’s office.
Teresa believes she has fulfilled her calling and can be proud to be in the health care system as a Register Nurse, if she can help clients transform their lives into healthy people (one by one).
