Message from I've been picked on by bullies:
Please review letters from MICHELLE OBAMA (Dec 2011), MARIA SHRIVER (Nov 2010) at www.iaskteam4help.com
As I've been picked on by bullies and a special-education student, it's very tough for me to start a new life. However, I LEFT THE PASS BEHIND AND MOVED ON! Thanks to all the strong support! At the meantime, I wrote the book called "imestory" Available on February 2012.
I've been picked on by bullies during the time that most people take bullying very lightly...That's the reason why I always wanted to have my story heard, to help students in my position. Some profits from my two books will go to support TEAM 4 missions (Reduce bullying issue) and for me to start a new life. One thing I do realize, " With love, caring, and strong supports you can achieve anything, even pursue your dreams.'' My dream is to become a fashion designer... Please find out what, " imestory " is about?
I'M CAPABLE OF MOVING ON WITH MY NEW LIFE BECAUSE I DON'T BELIEVE IN REVENGE, MANIPULATING or HATE. HOPE OTHERS CAN DO THE SAME. We can makes the world a better place. Your supports will not only benefit me but benefit STUDENTS and SCHOOLS as well.
THE OUTCOME of imestory, "EVERYBODY IS CAPABLE OF TRANSFORM'' FOR A BETTER LIFE!
On the first day at my new school, I walked in and felt so out of place. I remember it clearly. Everything was very different from my old school. I met my teacher and my classmates standing in line for the flag salute and right at that moment I felt like a rabbit in a cage with bulls. I was the smallest student in the class, and four or five students looked like young teenagers. They give me strange looks and made me feel even more uncomfortable...
She said, “Don’t worry, things will be better, I promise you!” The support was welcome, but I was still confused and worried about who would help me. My mom so trusted the teachers, and all I heard from my brothers was, “I’m going to beat him up.” I never wanted my brothers to get into any trouble. My sister very smart, but she's petite young teen, too pretty to get involved with things like that...
One student who constantly annoyed everybody. He had to bother somebody to make himself feel tough as he was a small guy. So, again, it happened to be me, the one he bothered the most. He thought I was afraid of him because I always let it go, caring less whatever he did. One day he threw my papers to the ground and touched my face at the same time. That was enough for me to take, I’m going to teach this guy a lesson! That’s what I was thinking at the moment, so I told him to pick up my papers, instead he started to run. I ran after him and picked him up high because I’m a lot taller, he was trying to get out of the position, but he couldn’t...
About a month later at school, I saw my close friend eating lunch with a group of students. He didn’t see me, and I thought to myself that he was very lucky. After one month at this school, he already had a lot of friends to hang out with. I was still by myself. That day I felt very sad, even more lonely and hurt than ever because we were so close. I was beyond sad, and at that moment...
Mr. Johnson, always tried to convince me to play sports because I am tall and kind of buff, not buff as him, but buff for my age. He thought I would be good at sports, and I was too embarrassed to let him know the truth. I always made excuses not to take his advice. However, I felt like I would run track one day to make him proud because he was a wonderful teacher who I felt was so supportive and helpful as a caring person. Finally, the twelfth grade was almost over. This school had been amazing in helping my situation. Compared to the rest of the schools I attended, this school was the BEST...
My teacher called my mom to meet with her and her first question was, “Ms. Kim, Dan agreed to be an aide in Mrs. Jill’s class. Why did he change his mind? Do you know anything about it?” My mom turned around and asked me if I wanted to explain, but I didn’t know how to begin. My mom didn’t want to put me on the spot. “He agreed to try but he was not happy.” “Mrs. Lainez, everyday I tried to help Dan build up his self-confidence by taking him to the gym, kick-boxing or therapy and are you really sure that Mrs. Jill’s class is good for Dan? If he is comfortable to continue, I will be okay with it.” My mom started to have tears in her eyes, stopped talking and gave a signal to my teacher like it was her turn. My teacher seemed to...
