Sharon L. Sellers is president of SLS Consulting, LLC, an international human resources services and training firm. She has been in the human resources field for over 25 years and is often quoted in national articles as a subject matter expert in the areas of employee management, motivation, staffing and harassment avoidance. In addition to her consulting, she teaches courses at Trident Technical College in North Charleston, S.C. She speaks frequently at conferences as a motivational speaker using The Mimosa Tree story to help her audiences understand that they are successful.
