Imagine there is a six-year old little girl who attends an elementary school in Louisiana. She is the only African-American in her class. She has no siblings; so she would like to fit in at her school. But the thing that troubles her most is that she has multiple food-protein allergies. What’s a parent to do!

In this book, Prentice White tells how he and his wife encouraged, inspired and motivated their daughter to have high self-esteem and great confidence in herself by using basic biblical principles.

Now, their daughter does not view having allergies as being bad since she understands that God made her with a specific purpose in mind. While she is learning how to live with allergies, she no longer feels that she is inferior.

Prentice White is an attorney and a professor of law at Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He has a six-year old daughter who was diagnosed with multiple food-protein allergies at the age of 5 months. Dealing with a child with a very restricted diet was both heart-breaking and inspiring. Through lots of prayer, Prentice and his, lovely wife, Tarsha saw their daughter 's condition change dramatically. He decided to share their story with other parents who have children with unique medical conditions.
