Dusty Road-- Where does life take me? I’ve been walking on this very same road oh, for so long. This journey is taking forever with no detours or exits. I’m waiting for the ride to stop and stay a while at a destination. My feet are starting to drag from weariness, uneasiness, and exhaustion. Lord, I just feel so tired. I want to rest and sleep from endless thoughts. Please Lord, can You provide a Pit Stop? When will this long, dusty road lead me to a bit of Heaven? I’ve shouldered so much weight, up to this date. Can You brush aside the pebbles and stones, and plant my feet on solid ‘Faith’?
Julieann Bullock, born on September 2, 1981, is an inspirational woman both in character and words. She is recognized by close friends and family as an ‘uplifting’ individual and a ‘writer-in-the-works’ based on her steady gift of encouraging ‘heart-felt’ letters and cards. Julieann has long been acknowledged of her outstanding talent in writing, upon receiving the Creative Writing Award at her grade 6 graduation. Her creative story writing in elementary school has only strengthened Julieanns’ ability to express thoughts on love, relationships, spirituality, and life moments so naturally; allowing the imagination to paint a meticulous scene through her words. Julieann, born and raised in Scarborough, Ontario is a Child & Youth Worker and works for the Toronto District School Board. She enjoys meeting people and highly values the importance of relationship-building. Julieann enjoys spending time with family and friends and holds her faith and relationship with God dear to her heart.
