1 T Vinegar

1 2/3 c Flour

2/3 c Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

1 ½ c sugar (or equivalent sweetener)

1 ½ t baking soda

 

1 t salt

½ c Soy Margarine

2 t Ener-G Egg Replacer

¼ c water

1 t vanilla

½ c water
