UNION
When contemplating merging, thorough self examination is needed to determine whether one has the characteristics of a leader or a follower. Divination may be used, asking, “Am I qualified to act as leader?” One who is unqualified may cause chaos by trying to lead.
Appropriate Action: If a leader, show each participant how they will be benefited by merging. If a follower, join quickly to avoid regret. Beware of attachment, for when
the purpose of union has been fulfilled, the natural tendency is to separate.
