To The Teacher--

   This booklet contains the keys for the exercises and  practice tests  in Writing Insights.
   It also contains two tests that  can be given to students: one (Test A III ) is structured the  same as Practice Tests A I and A II in Writing   Insighrts.  That test can be given after students have completed Test A I and A II.

   The second test in this booklet, (B II ), is  structured the same as Practice Test  B I in Writing  Insights and can be givern upon completion of B I.

 

SAT Math Handbook of Tricks and Strategies presents quick and simple methods for solving SAT math questions.  The book is divided into 4 chapters, covering test taking rules and strategies (as important as the test itself), basic math skills, basic geometry rules and advanced algebra concepts.  By combining both a textbook and notebook format, the book becomes the perfect teaching tool for teachers and learning tool for students. The answers were broadcast on a weekly radio show by Pastor James R. Reese Jr. who’s Pastoral career spanned well over 60 years. The first draft of this book was taken from the actual recordings of his broadcasts which took place in several different states over a time period of 50 years. The manuscript was first typed by Pastor James R. Reese Jr. himself on a now considered antique manual typewriter. It was then carried around in a box for many more years. At the urging of Pastor James R. Reese Jr.’s son, Pastor Scott Reese, the box was finally opened and its contents put on a computer file in 2003. The final editing began in 2010 and was completed in May of 2011 for presentation to the publisher. This book contains a wealth of information and knowledge inspired by a man who let his light shine “…before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven” (Matthew 5:16). The completion of this book has been a labor of love for all of us involved and we pray that you will follow Pastor James R. Reese’s light and let your own light shine.

Poetry for babies, children and teens: Poetry Serves the Youth is a symbol of charity to every elementary school, middle school, high school, colleges, universities, other educational institutions, social organizations, associations and day care centers.

Poetry has proven to help stretch the imagination of babies, children and teenagers and increase their attention span for learning realistic concepts at school. Parents need to understand the importance of poetry to the human life.

Poetry is like music that connects babies, children and teenagers to the world.

Every playground, small and large, needs a small library of profound books, book club, public restroom and an area outside where children and teens can play and learn from each other.

These resources will help prepare their imagination, creativity and practical knowledge for wisdom and higher education. The intellectual values of poetry are what counts to humanity.

This book attempts to explore "Umami" in reading alphabetic languages. In this exploration each European language will reappear as "Umami English (UE)," "Umami German (UG)," "Umami French (UF)," "Umami Italian UI)," and so forth. What exactly is Umami? It is a loanword from Japanese. It means a primary taste in food, so pleasant and savory that it makes those taste-sensitive people happy. Here I emphasize that Umami exists not only in food but almost on all aspects of life. All we need is just to ooze it out from whatever involved and make better use of it in the course of life. Then what is Umami in reading? It means gained cognitive sense to enjoy the greater magnitude of reading pleasure. It is visually enhanced reading comprehension with incredible long retention of what is read as a context.

It is the eye-catching layout of sentences that makes Umami in reading occur. Umami is speed, and it only exists in reading by the eye. For alphabet sentences where non-verbal, visual reading is very limited, if any, to read quickly at a lightening-speed never occurs. One exception is "Photoreading" by Paul R. Scheele who claims 6000-words-per-minute reading is possible, which I call movie camera shooting where there is definitely no Umami in reading.
