This book is very much like my home town, small but so special. The intention of this book is to help save lives of the unborn it’s speaking for those who cannot speak for themselves. You will also read a true testimony of my grand daughter’s plans for an abortion after she became pregnant and how the Lord worked it out for her you will also read a beautiful poem that is included in the book. This book will allow you to see how the Lord will work out problems for you when you can’t see your way out.

The purpose of My Times and Rhymes  was to release to the world the poems I had written over the years, but few people had ever read. These poems were written about my experiences in life and love or the experiences of others I have known. Most of these poems were written in high school and college. A number of pieces were published in college, but that was as far as my writing career went. When I recently rediscovered my poems, I began writing again with thoughts of getting them published. I hope you enjoy this collection of poems.

TITHING NAILED TO THE CROSS is a book that cuts through all the opinions, traditions, superstitions, imagined benefits, and false doctrines, to clearly and doctrinally explain the absence of tithing in the New Testament.

Bruce plainly teaches why tithing is not required after the Resurrection (the beginning of the New Testament); how tithing can interfere with sonship, faith, and even salvation; and how tithing can expose you to the curse of the Law causing health, financial, marital, and many other problems.

Wouldn’t it be wonderful to actually have your prayers easily answered because of Jesus’ finished work and the Name He gave us to use? Wouldn’t you like to know that God is going to say “yes” to His promises without you having to wonder if all your church ducks are in a row? And wouldn’t it be nice to have a royal ring put on your finger, a kingly robe placed on your back, and a big hug of approval without having to sleep in the bunk house as a “servant” until it’s decided that you can be trusted?

We may call it an “act of faith,” “obedience,” “doing the Word,” “good stewardship,” or what ever we want; but at the end of the day, it is nothing more than an obsolete, Old Testament ordinance that will only “frustrate the grace of God,” as Paul taught in Galatians. As circumcision became “nothing” under the New Covenant, likewise, tithing is no longer obligatory.

So, will you choose to develop a shaky faith based on the works of an Old Testament law that never should have been carried over to the New Testament? Or, will you choose to develop a resolute faith that is based on Jesus’ immutable work at the cross which included the removal of Malachi’s ordinances (tithing)? Will you go with the crowd, or the truth?

I often wonder why we, as parents, are so reluctant to tell our children how valuable they are to us. In Matthew 19:14 (NIV) Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."

Jesus saw the little children as a very important part of His kingdom. That is because without them; we have no future. The children are a pure expression of God's love. They don't have to break through the barriers that plague adults. That is why Jesus said, "Truly I say unto you, unless you repent and become like little children, you can never enter the kingdom of heaven." Matthew 18:3 (AMP)

So therefore, enjoy time together with your family. Spending a few hours in God’s creation (swimming, fishing, playing at a park) can be a wonderful way of keeping relationships fresh in a busy family.

As parents, we can show our love by setting aside special times with our family. Communicating warm, loving approval to our children doesn't just happen naturally.
