Ya know Harry, I want to stay in this chair until I move into the Governor’s mansion. You know, convict lots of people. Get my face on television and in the newspapers. You know how dumb people are. If they see your face on television and in the newspapers, they connect with you. They feel as they know you, so they vote for you. Don’t know why they’re that dumb, but they are. They’re so dumb they don’t care who we convict, as long as we convict someone. Whether or not the crime even took place is absolutely immaterial. As long as the news media says it did, then that’s it. They have been brainwashed all their lives by their teachers and media.

This book is about a malpractice lawsuit filed due to a wrongful death claim. My family was grateful and blessed to have won the maximum amount of damages permissible under Louisiana law. The verdict value of $950,000 was a sizable amount of money, but it in no way provided a scintilla of comfort toward the loss of my father. I would rather forfeit the money award damages to have him alive. It is my sincere desire that you the family, the medical practitioner, the law student or any persons of interest interested in becoming informed and empowered regarding all of their inalienable rights get a revelation by reading this book. Please use this book as a reference and education guide to assist you with getting through the laborious legal process via simplifying the process so that even a layperson can get their hands around the process and make it work in their favor.

The book is about our place as a human race and the goals we need to work towards. Rather than dwelling on the problems of the environment, political structure and overpopulation, the author seeks quick solutions, some fictional and some real. In this, the author strives to find a balance between saving our environment and maintaining our living standards.

Epiphany Of The Whitechapel Murders was written after an extensive investigation of the murders committed by "Jack the Ripper." This mainly non-fiction book, which also includes a fictional account of the victims' last night on Earth, also contains evidence which was not discovered until 2005. This solitary piece of evidence is the basis that forms the central plot surrounding this series of murders. "Jack the Ripper" was not one person; but a quintet of influential Aristocrats and an eminent Surgeon, who were committing these murders for ritualistic purposes. After six of these grisly murders, the murderers suddenly cease their activities after the death of Mary Jane Kelly. What is the reason for the cessation of murders? Could it be because Mary Jane Kelly had apprised Scotland Yard of these Aristocrats' involvement in a gay brothel, which catered to influential clientele? Or could it be something far more sinister, including Satanism and pedophilia?

“Jack the Ripper: The Satanic Team” is the continuation of my first book, “Epiphany of the Whitechapel Murders.” These two books represent the actual solution to the unsolved murders committed by “Jack the Ripper.” Between the pages of the two books, I will present to the reader the real name of "Jack the Ripper", complete with matching handwriting samples, and photographic evidence which reveals, beyond a shadow of a doubt, the identity of one of his murderous accomplices, who committed the last murder during the Autumn of Terror, 1888. Jack the Ripper was an Edinburgh-trained Surgeon, who was assisted by five Aristocrats, including Prince Albert Victor.

The Crime of Punishment, originally published in 1966, addressed the critical issue of crime in < s t 1 : c o u n t r y -region>America and how we punish criminals. Was the spread of violence in spite of our laws and courts or because of them and us? Dr. Menninger dissected the criminal justice system and concluded, “I suspect that all the crimes committed by all the jailed criminals do not equal in total social damage that of the crimes committed against them.” Dr. Menninger, the esteemed psychiatrist, former chairman of the Board of Trustees of The Menninger Foundation in Topeka, and former senior consultant to the Stone-Brandel Center in Chicago, gave us a thoughtful manual 40 years ago that is highly relevant and seriously applicable to the criminal justice system today. Hopefully, by republishing this valuable lesson book, we will apply his teachings and correct the system of corrections. New Leaf – New Life, Inc./Citizens for Effective Justice, which was instrumental in the republishing of this book, is a criminal justice reformation advocacy organization dedicated to transformational change. Visit www.citizensforeffectivejustice.org to learn about efforts across the country to implement Dr. Menninger’s ideas for a more effective criminal justice system. This book is being republished with the permission of the Kansas Historical Society, curator of Dr. Menninger's archives.

The Silent Vow gives many different angles and views of looking at an adolescent’s drugs habits. The ways of a child as drugs were more important than the graduation from high School, and yet the boy graduated with his class. The lessons in life that this boy learned were drastically different than his classmates. And how many times can an individual violate the trusts of parents, siblings and friends. Mending of the ways, redeveloping trust, and regaining self control will take a lifetime. Therapy and Medication have helped to sustain a life after the abuse of illegal chemicals. The many Insights helping to avoid the corruption of the drugs addiction is seen throughout this writing. Every time the substance abuse enters into life the destruction of what progress was made is destroyed. There may not be any physical signs, but chemical and substance abuse interferes with the emotional development of a person’s well being and healing. These substances also interfere with the nurturing and healing of friendships and relationships. The decision for an individual is a personal one, and it is up to the individual to say “yes or no.” Only the reader can find some solutions offered in The Silent Vow. The choice to consume substances stands alone. Each and every person needs to choose their poisons. Some have worst aftermaths than others, and each has their own non monetary costs. These non monetary costs are not only in health, but they exist in the mental abilities, emotional impacts of tolerance as well as the relations with others that become impaired. As some can endure substance abuse there are all of those stories where the emergency room was needed for friends that used drugs. This Boy was one of those friends that needed the emergency room. This boy has found ways to stay clear of the need of emergency room assistance. The learning Maintenance and prevention skill is a personal task. Each person has different prevention skills that work. What may work for one may not work for others, and yet some that work for one work for all. Through trial and error, substance abusers learn how to find the powers to sustain their addictions from becoming active. And through learning from experience there can be one less actively using substance abuser. Through these experiences there will be less personal values lost to the problem.

Politics, Inc – career politicians have turned politics into a business and the result is not good – excessive partisanship, gridlock and a lack of reasonable solutions to our problems. In Washington, D.C., the money chase is on and statesmen are nowhere to be found. Many books preaching about how to fix politics and public policy come from…the very people who burdened us with the defective politics and public policy in the first place. Among them are self-serving politicians seeking the approval of a public they don’t respect. They perceive the public as simple folk that desperately need a lesson in the complexities, subtleties and merits of public policy that isn’t their interest. They also are the inbred media, who, writing for each other, aren’t interested in or understand what’s really happening at your home, at your job or in your mind. And what’s on their mind is the fear that government one day might fall into the hands of “amateurs”—namely, you, the American public. So, when a book comes along from someone who isn’t rationalizing and justifying his role in messing up < s t 1 : c o u n t r y - region>America, you’ve got a real find. In Politics, Inc., John Cox sketches with the passion and clarity of a Ronald Reagan a blueprint for national prosperity, health, security and well being, with you in mind. Here is a recipe from someone who is neither a career politician nor a pundit. It is from someone who has been tested in the real world of the free market, and succeeded. It is written for people who have had enough of career politicians, and who would appreciate the insight that someone not caught up in the trap of Washington politics can contribute. This book is for those interested in returning to what the Founding Fathers intended to bequeath us: a nation not of self-serving career politicians, but of self-governing citizens.

"One person’s justice is another’s revenge," is a maxim trial lawyer Penn Roman has heard throughout his professional life. He experiences the awful truth of this adage as he represents prominent surgeon Larry Brownfell who discovers his beautiful wife’s adultery with two men and is drawn into a violent maelstrom which ends in a deadly climax. While investigating criminal charges against his client, Penn uncovers criminal conspiracies among people connected with Brownfell. As he defends his client from the dire consequences of a violent temper and thirst for revenge, a shocking chain of crime, including blackmail, fraud, adultery, perjury, and, ultimately murder, is set in motion. Using all of his legal, investigative, and trial skills, Penn fights both in and out of court to keep Brownfell from being convicted of murder. He is sorely tested by an uncooperative and impulsive client, by Brownfell’s wife and her unscrupulous lawyer, and by others who have a lot to gain by the doctor’s conviction and who have a different concept of justice.
