This book was written to inspire both children and adults to seek out positive characters to represent health. I know in this world of “FAST FOOD” we can get caught up in our busy lives and may not always eat our best. Therefore, I have a great concern in regards to the health and fitness of our children. We need to stop the rapid increase in obesity. I believe if we do not have a positive representation of health for our children, then the negative “JUNK FOOD” characters could very well influence them. My goal is to have my book and healthy characters in every Health Care Professionals office, in Learning Institutions and a part of everyone’s family.
