working in school administration. I have unfortunately seen many very

good teacher candidates not get a job because of poor interviewing

interview process. With more and more people wanting to work in

education that have not come through the “normal” ranks of college

teacher training, it is even more imperative for the candidate to do

As our population grows in America, we will need more and more
